2. Telehealth Services
Nuvmed connects you with licensed providers via secure video. Services are not appropriate for emergencies — call 911 instead.
3. User Accounts
You're responsible for the accuracy of your information and for safeguarding your account credentials.
4. Payments & Billing
You authorize charges for visits and programs at the prices shown. Insurance benefits, when applicable, are verified prior to billing.
5. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel or reschedule up to one hour before your visit. Late cancellations may incur a fee.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nuvmed's liability is limited to fees paid for the service in question.
7. Intellectual Property
All platform content is owned by Nuvmed or its licensors and may not be reused without permission.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
